Its name pairs jade, a green material that stands for value and lush greenery, with scape, for the landscape setting, under the tagline Garden Homes at Shunfu. Concept architecture is by Tange Associates under Paul Noritaka Tange, whose other Singapore work includes the Marina South Masterplan, OUB Centre, UOB Plaza, URA Centre and Orchard Gateway, and the landscaping is by Ecoplan Asia.

The units run from 1 Bedroom layouts of 49 sqm (527 sqft) to a 5 Bedroom Suite of 195 sqm (2,099 sqft), plus two Penthouses of 393 sqm (4,230 sqft). Marymount MRT (CC16): A 3-Minute Walk

JadeScape is a 3-minute walk, about 250m, from Marymount MRT station (CC16) on the Circle Line, and an 8-minute walk, about 600m, from Upper Thomson MRT station (TE8) on the Thomson-East Coast Line, which opened on 28 August 2021. The Central Expressway and Pan-Island Expressway are nearby. The first phase of the Cross Island Line, with an interchange at Bright Hill, is targeted for completion in 2030, and the North-South Corridor is to open in phases, its viaduct from 2029 and its tunnel from 2031.
